Śrīla Śridhara Mahārāja is asked how such a great ācārya as Madhva could make mistakes in relation to the position of the gopīs. He then explains how ultimately everything is the sweet will of Kṛṣṇa, and accordingly, even such personalities as Lakṣmī and Brahmā cannot comprehend Him if He so desires. This talk was given in Navadvīpa on February 22nd 1982.

Śrīla Śrīdhara Deva Gosvāmī Mahārāja is asked about the authenticity of the South Indian god, Ayyappa, the supposed son of Mohinī-mūrti and Śiva. Śrīla Śridhara Mahārāja narrates the story of Mohinī from the Bhāgavatam and gives his conclusion about Ayyappa. This talk was given on February 19th 1982.

In this talk given on 19th February 1982, Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja describes the mania amongst some Indians to copy the west, which he refers to as a "slave mentality." He also states that great personalities aspire to take birth in the Age of Kali because in this yuga, kṛṣṇa-saṅkīrtana easily awards the ultimate goal of life.

This class was given on May 27th 2001 in Vermont, USA. Speaking from Bhagavad-gītā 7.14, Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja explains the nature of conditioned men to exploit women, and how ultimately all conditioned souls attempt to exploit material nature. He says that we have to cultivate a disinterest in this world, and an interest in the spiritual world.

In this informal questions and answers session with disciples given in Vermont on 18th December 2018, Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja answers a number of questions.

Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja talks about which books to read when one is still situated on the platform of sambandha-jñāna and explains how Bhagavad-gītā & Īśopaniṣad give inspiration to cross over material existence. He further explains how Bhāgavatam is for the devotees, and Gita is for preaching, and that Śrīla Prabhupāda based his preaching success on Gītā, not simply on līlā-kathā.

This was Swami B.G. Narasiṅgha Mahārāja’s final questions and answers session with disciples given in Vermont USA, on 2nd June 2019. During this informal talk, Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja explains the nature of “how to” questions, and talks about the removal of anarthas and various points about prasādam and food. Mahārāja also discusses a number of topics including spiritual institutions being like boot-camps, the worship and history of Tulasī and śālāgrāma, Tirupati Balajī’s ‘debt’, how Prabhupāda dealt with Indians and westerners, relations between gurus and godbrothers, institutionalism, ‘karmīs,’ the mundaneity of Mahābhārata and Rāmāyaṇa as compared to Bhāgavatam, harmony amongst devotees and individuality.

Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja explains the phrase 'Guru-Gaurāṅga Gāndharvā Giridhārī' and also describes the difference between arcana (Deity worship) and bhajana, and how the arcana of the Six Gosvāmīs was not merely Deity worship. This talk was given on February 21st 1982.

In this talk given on February 19th 1982, Śrīla Śrīdhara Mahārāja discusses why the devotee Prahlāda could pacify Narasiṁha, but Lakṣmī Devī could not. He also explains how Prahlāda represents the preliminary stages of pure devotion (śuddha-bhakti).

In this class given in Boston on 12th July 2001, Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja speaks about the different types of guru and how one may have many gurus but only one mantra-guru. He then poses and answers the question, “What is the highest aspiration of a pure Vaiṣṇava?” and explains how that a connection to Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī is made through guru, Vaiṣṇava, Nityānanda Prabhu and Mahāprabhu.

In this class on Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 5.9.33, given at Yamunā Devī’s āśrama in British Colombia on June 26th 2001, Swami B.G. Narasingha Mahārāja explains how a Vaiṣṇava is known by his aspiration, and not by his current condition. He describes how when a devotee tries to offer service, Kṛṣṇa leaves looks past any defect and only accepts his good intentions.
