On 27th October, the devotees of Govindaji Gardens observed the 119th appearance of His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Raksaka Sridhara Deva Gosvami Maharaja.
The programme began at 5:30pm with bhajanas glorifying guru-tattva which was followed by a class by H.H. Visnu Maharaja and H.H. Giri Maharaja. Visnu Maharaja spoke a little on the books of Srila Sridhara Maharaja's precepts and Giri Maharaja explained the two principles of guru-tattva as the delegation of both Nityananda/Balarama and Srimati Radharani and how both of these aspects were present withing Srila Sridhara Maharaja.
Puspanjali was offered as Visnu Maharaja offered guru-puja and Giri Maharaja led the devotees in singing Sri Guru Arati.
This was followed by Damodarastakam and prasadam. Srila Sridhara Deva Gosvami Maharaja avirbhava-tithi maha-mahotsava ki jaya!
