In this video, Śrīla Narasiṅgha Mahārāja speaks about Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura’s relationship with his dīkṣā-guru, Vipina Vihari Gosvāmī, and about the deviations after the time of Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura. He also explains how the Krsna consciouness movement is not for increasing the numbers of kaniṣṭhas or madhyamas, but is supposed to make pure devotees.

Conception within Sadhu-sanga

Recorded on June 28th 2001 (Saranagati, BC - Class at Yamuna Devi's House). After reading Śrīla Prabhupāda’s purport to Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, 4.9.11, Śrila Narasiṅgha Mahārāja begins the class by explaining how there are two levels of ’24 hour service to Kṛṣṇa’ - one in the practicing devotees life, and the other in the aprākṛta-līlā of Kṛṣṇa (aṣṭa-kālīya-līlā). He explains how the form of that service takes a different form here, but it is non-different but they are given to us according to our present state of conditioning.
